Two criminals arrested with weapons in the case of demanding extortion in Gaya's Manpur

GAYA(Bihar): In the case of demanding extortion, the police have arrested two criminals with weapons from two different locations here on Saturday. The police have also recovered weapons from them, said ASP Manish Kumar.

In same sequence, ASP Manish Kumar said that both the criminals have been arrested from Mufassil police station area of ​​Manpur block of the district have been identified as Chandan Kumar, who is a resident of Dema Tarwan of Kadirganj police station in Patna.While other identified as Jasmendra Kumar belonging to a resident of Manpur Harijan Dharamshala under Buniyadganj police station in Gaya district, added ASP   

The police have recovered two country-made pistols, one live cartridge, one shell and one mobile from both of them.  He said that extortion was demanded from a person of Manpur block by the above said criminals.

In this case, a case 320/22 has been registered at Buniyadganj police station after submitting as application of the victim.  Since the case was related to extortion, a team was formed to arrest the accused.

 In which the DSP of Wazirganj camp and Buniyadganj police station in-charge and policemen of technical branch were included.

 
In the course of research by the said team, both the criminals were arrested from Mufassil police station area of ​​Manpur.  He said that the criminal history of both the arrested criminals is being probed.
