GAYA(Bihar): One such incident happened in Wazirganj, where a 6-year-old child died due to beating of teacher in which case has been registered against the school manager and his wife although the school manager has been arrested while his wife is still absconding and soon Will be arrested We are waiting for the post-mortem report to come and taking this matter seriously, the investigation is going on, said SSP, Gaya Harpreet Kaur.
In Gaya's Wazirganj, a teacher beat up to death so much a 6-year-old child, who was studying in the class III at Little Leaders Public School near Badhi Bigha village on Wazirganj-Fatehpur road and living in the same hostel of the school, for not doing homework,said Adl SP Manish Kumar here on Thrusday.
The police is investigating it seriously as well as the school manager has been arrested and case has been registered in Wazirganj police station under 302 of IPC. Police is waiting for the post-mortem report to come, after which further action will be taken,added Adl Manish Kumar.
According to the police, the child was found lying in an unconscious condition outside the school gate on Wednesday afternoon and his whole face was swollen. While blood was also pouring from his nose. The child was in school uniform but his clothes were torn and he died on the way to the ANMMC, hospital,Gaya
According to the information received, the deceased child was studying in Little Leaders Public School near Badhi Bigha village on Wazirganj-Fatehpur road. His house was 3 km away from the school, so the family had kept him in the hostel of the school.
After the death of the child, the family created a ruckus outside the school. After this, the police arrested the school director Vikas Singh on Wednesday evening.While the school has also been closed after the death of the child. All the children have also been sent home from the hostel, The child's grandfather Rambalak Prasad has accused the school of assault and murder of the child.
He told, had complained about the assault earlier also, but the school people had said that it will not happen now. After that everything was fine. The grandfather told that his grandson Vivek Kumar was beaten up by the teacher Vikas Kumar Singh and thrown out of the school, after which he was lying unconscious for hours outside the school at some distance. And the child was beaten so much that his face was completely swollen.
The child's grandfather told that Bunty Rajvanshi, a resident of my village Ukhda, was passing through the same location, when he saw Vivek on the side of the road, he picked him up and brought him home. We took him to school and then to the police station, but the police asked him to get him treated first. Then he was referred to Gaya, the child died on the way.
Dr. Ravi Shankar Kumar of Wazirganj CHC told that Vivek had come to us in a state of unconsciousness. The upper part of the body was completely swollen, his family had told about getting treatment outside also. He was immediately referred to ANMCH after first aid.
SHO Ramekbal Prasad Yadav said that the victim's family has accused the child of brutally beating him to death.
This is not the first case of student's death due to beating in a private school in Gaya. Prior to this, Krishna Prakash, a student of class 8, also died in GD Goenka School.The investigation is still going on.
