    Rangoli competition organized on the occasion of Mahaparv Deepawali in GBM College, Gaya.

    GAYA(Bihar):  On the occasion of Mahaparv Deepawali by the College's Arts Council, Rangoli competition was organized under the patronage of Principal Prof.Jawaid Ashraf and Assistant Professor Dr. Rashmi Priyadarshini of the Department of English and Dr. Nagma Shadab, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, in Gautam Buddha Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Gaya here on Saturday.

    In which the students displayed different colors, flowers and lamps one after the other and made beautiful and attractive Rangolis.

    While six groups made up of four girl students were named Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Parvati, Sita, Radha. The first place in the competition goes to Rakhi of Sita group, Rangoli made by Deepika, Manisha and Deepti and rangolis of Riya, Monika, Pallavi and Priyanka of Durga group stood second and Deepti, Mahi, Divya and Anshu of Parvati group got in third place.  

    The rangolis of Ameesha, Aarti, Monika and Pratigya from Lakshmi group, Sweety, Nandini, Roshni and Nidhi of Saraswati group and Muskaan, Priyamvada, Neelam and Poonam of Radha group were selected for consolation prize.  

    The winners were presented their awards by the Principal Prof. Ashraf. Describing all the Rangolis as very beautiful, he greatly appreciated the unique performance given by the girl students in a short time,said Principal.
