    Public Awareness campaign under operation Jan Jagran

    Gaya (Bihar): Railway Protection Force (RPF), Gaya and Manpur out post officials under the jurisdiction of ECR has launched a awareness campaign at Ishwar Choudhary block halt and adjoining localities like Mallah Toli, Gandhi Nagar, Jawahar Nagar,  Patwatoli, Shivcharan Ward No. 48 etc.here on Wednesday. This campaign aims to sensitise the passengers on the need to follow railway guide line during their journey or railway crossing,said Sr DSC DDU Jiten B.Raj.

    During the awareness campaign RPF officials have tried to aware like "do not cross the railway line unauthorizedly, do not damage the railway property and for any kind of problem in the railway, you can register your complaint by dialing the toll free number 139 and if anyone is found involved in such an incident.

    Indian railway is known as the lifeline of the Gaya city as most of the city's population use them to reach their workplaces or other destinations. Hence, a large number of passengers travel daily in the Passenger and Express trains. To increase awareness among the passengers, RPF is conducting a massive awareness campaign at major stations in DDU division of ECR for sensitising passengers regarding measures to prevent any untoward incident,  the Sr DSC said.
