    One accused arrested from Kolkata in the famous Vikas murder case in Gaya, two surrendered in court

    Gaya(Bihar): The sand mafia shot the operator of Eklavya Company for refusing to pay the challan in Gaya, Bihar, here on Sunday. He died during treatment in Patna. 

    At the same time, the police took action against the accused and arrested one from Kolkata and at the same time, two including the main accused Baiju Yadav surrendered in the court. While during the surrender, the main accused Baiju Yadav was seen smiling in the court.


    According to the information, 21-year-old Vikas, a resident of Bellaru village of Atri police station, was shot dead on Sunday.  On Sunday evening, Baiju Yadav, along with his associates, shot Vikas to death after not giving the challan for dump sand near Michaiganj within  limits of Atri police station.  

    A case has been registered against unknown criminals including Baiju Yadav, Gore Yadav and Kandho Yadav at Atri police station regarding the same sequence. While the picture of main accused Baiju Yadav along with Tejashwi Yadav also went viral.  BJP's Leader of Opposition Vijay Kumar Sinha, Jan Adhikar Party supremo Pappu Yadav had reached Atri regarding this matter.  


    After this, the Gaya police intensified the action and started raiding against the accused.  Frightened by the police raid, Baiju Yadav and Gore Yadav surrendered in the court. At the same time, the police arrested the third accused from Kolkata.

    At present scenario, the police is interrogating the arrested accused. While  at the same time, there is a lot of resentment among the local people about the murder. "The police was successful in arresting one of the accused in the murder case from Kolkata. In view of the police raid, two accused including Baiju Yadav have surrendered in the court.
