    Janata Darbar organized, DM listened 450 complainants, gave strict instructions to the officials

    GAYA(Bihar):  District Magistrate Dr. Thyagarajan SM, listening seriously to the case of about 450 persons who had come to the public court, directed the concerned officials to make available the inquiry report after getting the applications received at the earliest.  

     

    In the Janta Darbar, the District Officer will ensure that the eligible persons get the benefit of the Prime Minister and Chief Minister Awas Yojana by inquiring the related applications by the Deputy Development Commissioner at the earliest.


     
    In the Janata Darbar, many persons have given applications related to land disputes, mutual division, encroachment, land related problems etc.  In the light of all those applications, the DM, under the chairmanship of the concerned Circle Officer and the Station Officer and the Sub- Divisional Officer and the Sub- Divisional Police Officer, called the people of both the parties to the public court to be held on every Saturday at the police station level and sub- divisional level, giving priority to the related matters and to solve it.  


    In view of the excessive issue related to land in the Janata Darbar, the District Magistrate directed the Additional Collector Revenue to examine the applications received in a good manner and order the concerned officers to take appropriate action as per rules.


    In the Janata Darbar, many people applied for scrapping, the district officer gave strict instructions to the concerned circle officer, including Wazirganj, Mohra, Khijrasarai, Nagar, Bodh Gaya, Fatehpur, Bathani, Amas, Sherghati and others.  

     

    To expedite the pending applications for scrapping, in the hearing of Janta Darbar, under the Disaster Department, the District Disaster Officer has been instructed to get the compliance done expeditiously in the cases of road accident, death due to lightning etc. 


     
    In the public court, the District Magistrate directed the Executive Engineer Electricity Officer to take further action after examining the applications received by the Electricity Department, including high electricity bills, adding electricity connection to the house.


    The person, Rajiv Kumar of Khijrasarai, who came to the public court, while giving an application said that illegal occupation is being done by filling soil in the cremation ground near Charkaba market.  Taking immediate cognizance, the District Magistrate gave strict instructions to the Sub- Divisional Officer, Neemchak Bathani, to send the Circle Officer and the Police Station in-charge to the site and take action as per the rules after getting the investigation done.  


    The applicant of Khijrasarai, while giving the application, said that the revenue employee of Sarbahda Halka of Khijrasarai zone is doing Jamabandi wrongly.


    The DM directed Additional Collector Manoj Kumar and Circle Officer Khijrasarai to investigate in detail in the said matter, today itself, the concerned revenue employee should be given another light while removing the head from the light. 

     
    Brahmdev Prasad, a resident of Swajpuri Road in Nagar Circle, said that he had gone to his son in Visakhapatnam for the past few months, on his return home to Swajpuri Road, his house was forcibly occupied by anti-social elements and they were pressured me to sell the house.  The District Officer directed the Sub-Divisional Officer to investigate and take action against the concerned applicant as per rules.


    The applicant of Nadarpur Panchayat Dobhi block told that he was given the land for settlement, but it is forcibly occupied by the land mafia. The applicant has requested the District Magistrate to intervene.  


    The District Magistrate directed the Circle Officer and the Station Officer in charge Dobhi to take the matter of the concerned applicant seriously and intervene.While   Saurabh Kumar, the applicant of Manpur Avgilla and all the villagers, while giving a collective application, told in front of DM that 04 sound system have been installed unauthorizedly by some people on the roof of the government school of Avgilla Hindi, the primary school located in Avgilla Manpur, so that the next the people living in the adjoining house are facing a lot of problems.  


    The District Magistrate directed the District Education Officer to register an FIR against the concerned person who has done the work of unauthorized installation of sound system (Chonga) on the government school building through the Block Education Officer today itself.
