GAYA: In view of the upcoming 74th Republic Day, here on 25/01/2023, right gear and arm ammunition by the officers and staff under the leadership of Inspector Incharge, RPF Inspector Ajay Prakash Post Gaya and by the officers and staff of GRP Gaya, the flag march was seen for crime control and safety of passengers on the jurisdiction of RPF Gaya like its circulating area,included Loco Washing Pit, Janta Colony, Sector 7, Sector 8, Gate No. 64, Kharkhura Colony, Delha Side, Gumti No. and
Meanwhile a joint checking operation was carried out at Gaya station with the district administration's swan squad, this information was given by Inspector in charge of Gaya RPF Ajay Prakash.
He said that in view of the 74th Republic Day (January 26), the circulating area, platform, waiting hall, two wheeler parking and four wheeler parking stand at Gaya station were checked at all places, any suspicious and unclaimed items were not found during checking in station premises. The situation was found to be normal everywhere.
Along with making passengers aware, for trace passing, for safe travel, for assistance during travel or for any unclaimed item or goods in trains, station premises or any criminal activity, call on railway helpline number-139 or inform RPF.
Apart from this, passengers were made aware about not traveling by sitting on the footrest, not chain pulling in vehicles without proper and sufficient reason, prevention of drug abuse, human and child trafficking and other passenger related crimes.
