Hearing the rumour of fire in the engine of Mahabodhi Express train , the passengers jumped from the moving train, screamed

GAYA(Bihar):  A strange situation arose in Gaya, Bihar when the rumor of a train catching fire spread here on Monday.  Rumors of fire in Mahabodhi Express at Guraru railway station created panic among the passengers. While the hundreds of passengers jumped off the moving train, many of whom were got injured, said Sources.

Railway  sources said that the rumors of fire spread even before Mahabodhi Express came to a halt at Guraru station under Pandit Deendayal rail division in Gaya, Bihar. As soon as the rumor of the fire spread, an atmosphere of panic prevailed among the passengers of Mahabodhi Express who were travelling,added sources.

Amidst this rumor, passengers started jumping from the moving train at Guraru station. The speed of the train was low due to the stoppage at the same station.

In this sequence, Nepal's native Jagdish Sharan, who was travelling by Mahabodhi Express and was going to Delhi and boarded at Gaya railway station told the "News Root"that the passengers started talking about the fire.  In the midst of this rumour, like other people, he too jumped from the train.

The incident happened near Guraru station, while at the same time, a woman cried and told that her son's leg was broken due to jumping from the moving train. At the same sequence, many passengers of Hisua, Nawada, Gaya in Bihar also jumped from the train after the rumor of the fire, some people who jumped from the Mahabodhi Express told that they were going to Aligarh for work.  

The incident happened near Guraru station. We have somehow saved our lives." Rumors of engine fire spread. It was said that everyone should evacuate. In the midst of this rumor, we also jumped off the moving train which was slow..

At the same time, in this regard, an RPF official said that there was a smell in the panel of the coach of Mahabodhi Express and the train was stopped by chain pulling.  Although told that the passengers who got down or jumped out from the train are being sent by another express.
