GAYA(Bihar): Under the Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 Second Appeal, a total of 20 cases were heard by the District Magistrate, Gaya, Dr. Thiagarajan SM through video conferencing, in which some cases were executed on the spot.
Officials sources said that Niranjan Kumar,a resident of Rampur, Gaya informed that both the brother met with a road accident while they were going on their bike, in which hos brother died instantly and Niranjan Kumar got injured.
However a suit has been filed by him for compensation amount after death. In the sequence today's hearing, the District Magistrate directed the Circle Officer and the Officer in charge, Bodh Gaya to ensure joint investigation of the matter after obtaining all the desired documents from the complainant. Along with this, action will be taken to pay compensation as per rules.
Other Indradev Prasad, of Tikari has encroached upon the government land by making platforms and stairs, in which the District Magistrate directed the Circle Officer, Tikari to said matter and take action as per rules.
A complaint has been lodged by Satendra Paswan,a resident of Guraru regarding making the vegetable market encroachment free, in which the District Magistrate has directed the Circle Officer and Police Station, Guraru to make the encroachment free.
A complaint was lodged by Ramesh Kumar Yadav regarding non-completion of work of Nal Jal Bhawan in Ward 11 of Konch block. In the hearing, the District Magistrate will investigate the above matter as well as all other places to the Block Development Officer, Koch and will direct the contractor to work within 10 days. If the quality work is not done within the stipulated time, then by registering an FIR against the concerned contractor as well as the concerned worker, he will ensure to file a sapphire letter suit.
