DG CRPF honored DM, SSP for excellent work in Naxalite affected areas

GAYA(Bihar): The Director General' Disc and Director General's Citation was distributed by Vimal Kumar Bisht, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Range at the 159th battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force here on Saturday.

Awarded, in which Vimal Kumar Bisht, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Range, distributed the ceremony in the auditorium of 159 Battalion, in which DM, Dr. Thiagarajan SM, Senior Superintendent of Police Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, Kailash Commandant 205 Cobra, Jiau Singh, Commandant 47 Battalion, Aman Deep, Deputy Commandant 205 Cobra and Murlidhar Jha, Assistant Commandant 47 Battalion were awarded.
On this occasion, the chief guest Vimal Kumar Bisht praised CRPF in the defense of the country. The role of and expressed gratitude to the local police force officers.
Highlighted the important role played in the anti- Naxal campaign and setting up new camps. CRPF officers and jawans have shown indomitable courage by entering the hideout of Maoist organization, due to which the dominance of Maoists in our area has reduced a lot in recent years and now they are running here and there to save their lives and we are proud of the fact that CRPF jawans and officers do not hold back in sacrificing everything for the security and safety of the country, added DIG.
On this occasion, DM Gaya Dr. Thiagarajan SM said that it is a matter of great appreciation for the honor received from CRPF. He said that coordination between administration and CRPF is very important and the resulted of that is now Gaya district has become almost Naxal free. The administration is continuously helping the people by organizing camps from their level.
All the other government schemes, including infrastructure, road, drinking water, housing scheme, are working to take them to each and every house in Naxal- affected areas so that the area can be developed properly. For this, the Central Government and the State Government are also getting it done under the separate SCA scheme. Many structures are also being constructed in those areas. He said that the biggest contribution is from the CRPF, who carry out continuous operations risking their lives. On this occasion, the District Magistrate thanked all the jawans and senior officers of CRPF.
On this occasion, Mukesh Kumar Gupta, Second Commanding Officer of the Corps, Sameer Kumar Rao, Second Commanding Officer, Amber Ghosh, Deputy Commandant, Uttam Kumar, Deputy Commandant, O. P.
