    Cyber cafe owner held for issuing e-tickets illegally in Gaya's Sherghati

    GAYA(Bihar): Railway Protection Force (RPF) special team once again arrested owner of a cyber cafe for issuing railway e-tickets illegally in Gaya's Sherghati here on Monday.


    After getting tip- off by DDU division Sr Divisional security Commissioner Jethin B Raj the RPF team of Gaya raided under guidance of Inspector in charge N. Manjhi Gaya at Janta Commercial Computer Institute located at Sherghati Bazar Golden market within the jurisdiction of Sherghati police station that its owner has been issuing e-tickets illegally.


    The raids carried out  with the coordination of local police station and the equipment related to railway e-ticketing was investigated, altogether 03 Tatkal live tickets total value 2777.20 and 06 past ticket value 9387.45 total value 12164.65 were created from 03 personal user ID. While the RPF arrested one Anil Kumar and also computer, mobile, printer, mouse, keyboard, cash Rs 190 from him.


    According to Inspector- in charge of RPF N Manjhi told the News Root English Edition that sub- inspector Javed Ekbal and forces of Railway Protection Force Post Gaya along with H.K. Thakur and his team were carefully checked at the railway counter located at Sherghati at 10.00 am to 11.00 am and the force members were put in line in civil dress.  

     

    The same person was found after matching the first ticket and checking with Aadhaar card. Other tickets came waiting. In which it was found correct on matching. After that raid was conducted at Janta Commercial Computer Institute located at Sherghati Bazar Golden Market for verification of informant appointed for this purpose, then shop operator Anjarul Haq, son of Sadrul Haq, a resident of Shumali Mohalla, within limits of Sherghati, PS of Gaya was arrested by Anil Chowdhary Gaya after being informed about his crime.  


    On the basis of complaint letter written by Sub- Inspector Javed Ekbal, Muas 1549/22 dated 14.11.22 u/s 143 Railway Act was registered against the arrested accused.
