About 100 cases came in the District Magistrate's "Janta Darwar", many cases were settled on the spot

 
GAYA: District Magistrate Dr. Thiagarajan SM, Gaya District Magistrate, listened closely to the problems of the people who had come to the Collectorate, despite the Janata Darbar being postponed due to the intermediate examination here on Friday.
After listening seriously to the cases of about 100 applicants who came to the collectorate, the concerned officials were directed to get the applications received as soon as possible investigated and provide the investigation report.
In many cases of applicants, the district officer has also been given the responsibility of investigating the case by the district's preferred officer such as deputy development commissioner, additional collector, subdivision officer, designated district level officer of the concerned block etc.
In the Janata Darbar, the District Magistrate directed the Senior Deputy Collector Amrita Osho to investigate the related applications as soon as possible and work further to give the benefits of the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme to the eligible persons.  
 
In the Janata Darbar many people gave applications related to land dispute, mutual partition, encroachment, land related problems etc. In the light of all those applications, the District Magistrate, under the chairmanship of the concerned Zonal Officer and Police Station and Sub- Divisional Officer and Sub- Divisional Police Officer, called people from both sides in the Janata Darbar to be held every Saturday at the police station level and subdivision level, giving priority to the related matters. Instructed to resolve.
In view of excessive cases related to land in the Janata Darbar, the District Magistrate directed the Additional Collector of Revenue to investigate the applications received in a good manner and order the concerned officers to take appropriate action as per the rules.  
Along with this, a senior officer has been nominated against several applications received and directed for investigation. Along with this, the inquiry officer has been directed to investigate the received application within a maximum of 7 days and send it for action against the guilty officer.
In the Janata Darbar, many people gave applications in connection with the correction. On the applications of people from Khijarsarai, Nagar, Bodh Gaya, Fatehpur, Bathani and other circles, the District Magistrate gave strict instructions to the concerned Zonal Officer and the Revenue Officer that pending applications for correction.
In the hearing of the Janata Darbar, the District Disaster Officer, while investigating against the various pending applications under the Disaster Department, should get them complied with expeditiously.
 
In the Janata Darbar, the District Magistrate directed the Executive Engineer, Electricity Officer, to take further action while examining the applications received, including the electricity bill of the electricity department, connecting the electricity connection to the house and other matters. 
 
He said that there are more cases of high electricity bill and average bill etc., the district officer said that the concerned JE of that area should get the inquiry done and get the faulty electricity meter replaced. Wherever there is a complaint of high bill, after getting it checked, change the meter.
